There are no barriers that come with hierarchy, so everybody from the MDs and the VPs to the Junior Consultants share freely and constructively their thoughts and experiences with the rest of the team.

From the creation of the company in 2001, the founding Partners wanted Advention to be a consulting firm of another kind, where consultants could combine fulfilling and motivating work with their own leisure and activities, through which they also flourish. As a consequence, Advention is deeply committed to ensuring a true work-life balance for its consultants. This is achieved in particular through the large level of independence and trust granted to consultants.

An active social life

All these values crystallize during the “Offsite”, a yearly event during which Advention teams from all our offices worldwide gather in a major city for a weekend. Besides enjoying festive and memorable moments, the Offsite is a unique opportunity to strengthen ties and to learn more about each other. The last Offsite editions brought the entire Advention team to Riga, Budapest, Lisbon, Istanbul, Marrakech and Valetta (Malta).

In addition to the Offsite, other social events like sports events and happy-hours take place on a regular basis.
