Marion Duchein joined Advention in 2002. She has 20 years of experience in consulting. Prior to Advention Business Partners, Marion worked in marketing and regulation for Sema Group / Schlumberger in the telecommunications industry. She later co-founded of a consulting firm specialized in telecommunications.

Her experience covers private equity as well as corporate and business unit strategy. Over the past ten years, she has been working extensively with several private equity firms and companies under LBO (strategic and commercial due diligences, business planning, business growth and organization redesign). She also accompanies her corporate clients in her key areas of expertise (railway industry, transport, FMCG and consumer goods) through portfolio optimization, growth strategy, and competitiveness improvement.

She graduated from Telecom ParisTech in France.
